Uma abordagem teórica da logística, oportunidade de negócio: estudo de caso numa empresa de rebeneficiamento de pallets e papelão ondulado

RESUMO
O artigo demonstra um breve estudo sobre a logística reversa, definindo sua importância nos ambientes corporativos, sua importância socioeconômica, a logística reversa aborda os fluxos reversos de materiais nas mais diversas esferas, sejam descartes, trocas de itens, reutilização de materiais, dentre outros, o artigo vai abordar o fluxo reverso do descarte de pallets e papelão ondulado, em uma empresa de reaproveitamento situada no estado de Alagoas, que beneficia o descarte de uma grande rede de Home Center, que tem sua sede no mesmo estado e outras três unidades, com projetos ambiciosos de expansão, para serem líderes regional em 2019, assim como o desenvolvimento do seu principal fornecedor torna-se inevitável a preocupação com os descartes de materiais, e o crescimento da parceria entre a cadeia, para se entender a importância das relações entre as empresas que fazem parte da cadeias, passa-se por uma breve introdução a
Supply Chain Management – SCM ou Gestão da Cadeia de Suprimentos, assim como a introdução dos conceitos de sustentabilidade na cadeia, o que chamamos de gestão da sustentabilidade emcadeia de suprimentos (GSCS), apresenta-se as relações entre os elos da cadeia e seus resultados, que beneficiam a população, sobre os diversos aspectos do desenvolvimento sustentável.
