CIENTEC - Revista de Ciência, Tecnologia e Humanidades do IFPE
CIENTEC (ISSN: 1984-9710) is a multidisciplinary open-access scientific publication, published by the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Pernambuco (IFPE) under the management of the Pro-Rectory for Research, Postgraduate Studies, and Innovation (PROPESQ). Founded in 2009, it publishes original and unpublished contributions in the fields of Exact and Earth Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Humanities, Applied Social Sciences and Literature, Agrarian and Biological Sciences, and Health Sciences. It accepts scientific articles, experience reports, short communications, and technical or scientific notes in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. The journal adopts a double-blind peer review system, a continuous publication model, and licensing under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). The files are processed by the iThenticate software for textual similarity auditing and plagiarism detection. There are no submission, evaluation, or article processing charges (APCs).
